Offline Interview Instructions – Please Read Carefully

Interview Date & Time: As per your slot selection (as shown in your confirmation message / email).

Interview Duration: 30 minutes (approx.)

Slot Allotment: Slot selection is on a First Come, First Serve basis.

1. Reporting Time & Punctuality

  • Report to the campus 15–20 minutes before your scheduled interview time.
  • Late reporting may result in cancellation or rescheduling at the discretion of the panel, subject to availability.
  • Plan your travel considering traffic and distance. Check the Google Maps location link in advance.

2. Documents to Bring

  • All relevant original documents and certificates for verification (educational, experience, ID proof, etc.).
  • One set of photocopies (xerox) of all important documents for submission.
  • Recent passport size photographs (2–3 copies, if available).
  • Updated resume / CV.
  • Any additional documents mentioned in the call letter (if applicable).

3. Dress Code & Personal Grooming

  • Wear formal / professional attire suitable for a school environment.
  • Footwear should be clean and formal.
  • Maintain neat and presentable grooming and hygiene.

4. Conduct & Etiquette

  • Maintain discipline within the school campus.
  • Be polite and respectful with staff, students and other candidates.
  • Switch your mobile phone to silent or switched off mode during the interview.
  • Do not carry any unnecessary items inside the interview area.
  • Accompanying family members, if any, should wait in the designated area (if provided) and not in the interview zone.

5. About the Interview Process

  • The interview may include:
    • Discussion on your qualification, experience and achievements.
    • Questions related to the subject / role applied for.
    • Questions on classroom management, pedagogy, values and behavior (for teaching roles).
    • Scenario-based questions to assess problem solving and decision-making.
  • For teaching positions, a brief demo lesson / micro teaching may be requested (if applicable).
  • Please be honest in your responses; authenticity is valued more than memorized answers.

6. Preparation Guidelines

  • Review your CV / application and be thorough with the details you have submitted.
  • Revise key concepts of your subject / job role.
  • Think about examples from your past experience that demonstrate your skills, values, and achievements.
  • Prepare to talk about your teaching philosophy / work approach, classroom discipline, teamwork, and communication style.

7. General Instructions & Rules

  • Carry a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN / Voter ID / Driving Licence, etc.).
  • Follow all instructions given by the school staff on the day of the interview.
  • Photography or video recording inside the campus may be restricted. Kindly follow the rules.
  • Any misbehavior, false information, or use of unfair means during the recruitment process may lead to disqualification.

8. Communication & Support

  • Keep checking your registered email and mobile for any updates or changes in schedule.
  • In case of genuine difficulty in attending your selected slot, inform the recruitment team in advance (subject to rescheduling policy).

9. Declaration

By proceeding with the interview, you confirm that you have read and understood the above instructions and agree to follow the guidelines, maintain discipline, and provide correct information during the recruitment process.
