Selection Procedure
The selection for each class will follow a merit-based shortlisting and waiting list process to ensure transparency and fairness.
Merit Shortlist
For each class, a merit list of 50 students will be prepared based on the GEST / entrance assessment and other applicable criteria.

30Top 30 — Offered AdmissionThe top 30 students on the merit list will receive admission offers.

20Next 20 — Waiting ListStudents ranked 31–50 will be placed on the waiting list and considered if seats become available.
Seat allotment: If any selected student (from the top 30) does not take admission within the prescribed time frame, the seat will be offered to the next eligible student from the waiting list in order of merit.
This procedure applies to each class separately and is intended to ensure timely admission and fair distribution of scholarship seats.
