Duration: 36 months
Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry/Physics/ Applied Physics/ Electrical/Electronics/Materials Science, M.Tech. (Chemical//Physics/Materials Science) with minimum of 60% Marks. NET/GATE qualified candidate will be preferred for the post.
